Intake & Lead Coordinator
Kiwi Kids ABA & Star Rise
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and people-friendly Intake & Lead Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be the first point of contact for families and referral sources, helping them feel supported and welcomed from the very first call.
What You’ll Do
- Call and follow up with new leads promptly and professionally
- Manage the entire intake process from first inquiry to scheduling initial services
- Gather insurance information, diagnosis reports, and required documents
- Maintain communication with families, referral sources, and internal staff
- Track leads, document notes, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Provide a warm, compassionate, and solution-focused experience for families
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple leads and tasks at once
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, or intake coordination preferred but not required
- A people-first attitude with patience and professionalism
