Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries regarding appointments, and services.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with health information management standards.

- Perform front desk duties, including greeting patients and handling administrative tasks.

Skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Familiarity with Multi Line phone lines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
