We pride ourselves on our compassionate patient forward approach and state-of-the-art facility. We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly part-time Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

Job Description: As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in our front office. Your responsibilities will include checking in patients, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure 3T MRI at Belfair's safety protocols are followed
Send time-sensitive email communications to appropriate team members
Answer phone calls and patient inquiries
Verify patient information and update records
Collect and process payments for services
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Collaborate with our technical team regarding patient readiness and special needs
Provide general administrative support to our technical and administrative teams
Provide patients with image access cards and explain their usage
Maintain patient privacy in all internal and external communications in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required

Work Schedule:

2-3 days a week
Start times from approximately 11 am or 12 pm
Closing times at 8 pm or 9 pm
Flexible hours based on applicants schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 40 per week
