Patients come to us referred and ready for care — and our Patient Access Consultants are the sales-driven professionals who turn interest into action.
This is not an admin scheduling role. This is high-impact sales role. You will be the first voice patients hear, guiding them from referral to enrollment, and ensuring they take the first critical step toward better sleep and better health.

What You Will Do
- MUST make 80–100 warm calls per day, using provided scripts and proven strategies.
- Convert 30–60%+ of calls into scheduled appointments.
- Build rapport and urgency, helping patients commit to starting treatment.
- Log all activity accurately in our CRM (Monday.com) and maintain real-time data integrity.
- Collaborate with a high-performing remote team via Google Workspace tools.
- Celebrate wins daily — your numbers translate directly into patient lives changed.

Preferred Experience
- High volume outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center background.
- CRM experience (Monday.com, Twilio, Healthie).
