Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare
Location: Franklin, TN (2550 Meridian Blvd, Suite 200)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare construction projects is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Knowledge of construction management fundamentals, Lean processes, and best practices
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation, reports, and project controls
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in field conditions (including non-traditional hours)
- Proficient in project scheduling, procurement coordination, and quality control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
