The Physician Liaison reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with the Marketing Department, Intake Department, and the regions Executive Director and Clinical Director to drive business growth, brand recognition, develop and maintain business relationships.
Essential Job Functions
- Execute growth strategies and plans to increase lead generation in key clinical areas
- Create, foster, and enhance relationships with targeted physicians/ practice referral sources through consistent, strategic field call networking
- Assist with direct communication with physicians/ practice to ensure patient onboarding efficiency and timeliness
- Coordinate marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Meet face to face with key referral physicians and other identified target audience to educate them on services/ client care, referral, and intake process
- Utilize Salesforce to update inbound leads, track events, and physician referrals
- Utilize Central Reach to track current clients
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to the regions/surrounding areas we service located in New York such as Yonkers, Rochester, Buffalo, and Albany
- Attention to detail
- Solution-oriented problem solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with a customer relationship management system (CRM) preferred
- Professional letter writing and editing skills
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, management, public relations or related field.
Experience
- 2 + years of recent healthcare sales experience/ community outreach and/ or healthcare in a high growth and fast-paced environment

- Must pass a background and reference check
- Reliable transportation
