Serving more than 40 communities in NH and ME, our multidisciplinary team cares for patients of all ages, from birth through end of life.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Information Processor to join our team. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our healthcare information processing department. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and a passion for accuracy.

Process and input healthcare information into our database system

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered

Review and verify healthcare records for quality assurance

Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain missing or incomplete information

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or healthcare information processing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations
