Cornerstone VNA is an independent company providing advanced care and specialized services through five distinct programs including Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Private Duty, and Community Services. Serving more than 40 communities in NH and ME, our multidisciplinary team cares for patients of all ages, from birth through end of life.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work at Home Medical Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers over the phone. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers

Provide information and assistance regarding medical services and appointments

Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed

Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

The pay range for this role is:
