Cornerstone VNA is an independent company providing advanced care and specialized services through five distinct programs including Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Private Duty, and Community Services. Serving more than 40 communities in NH and ME, our multidisciplinary team cares for patients of all ages, from birth through end of life.
We are seeking a Remote Medical Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Answer incoming calls from patients and assist with scheduling appointments

Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding medical services

Document all patient interactions in the system

Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Collaborate with medical staff to address patient inquiries and concerns

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
