We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. This role can be performed either in the office or remotely, providing flexibility for the right candidate. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients and customers receive top-notch service and support.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
