Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient needs
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
Attention to detail in monitoring patient conditions and following care plans
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
